Crowne Plaza - Dubai Jumeirah By Ihg

From my first stay, staff here helped me with town info. This place suits me perfectly. They have everything I need: Wi-Fi, late check-in/out, 24-hr room service, rooftop pool, massage, darts. I'm coming back for Easter.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby restaurants and a stunning view of Burj Khalifa from our room. The hotel's friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home and the room we stayed in exceeded our expectations.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities on-site for the little ones to enjoy during the stay.

The hotel's lovely rooftop pool with stunning views of the city was such a delightful retreat for senior guests like me. The chic and modern yet cozy grand hotel lobby made me feel so welcome and at ease during my stay. The hotel's accessibility for senior people, with spacious and well-maintained general areas, was truly appreciated.

I wish the hotel had more comfortable seating options for senior guests in the general areas.

The venue is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities such as a full-service spa, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace. the service is impeccable, with staff attending to every need promptly and attentively. the spa centre offers a variety of treatments, including massages, body scrubs, facials, and beauty treatments. the rooms are spacious, with private facilities and a poolside snack bar.

the food was delicious, and the staff was still polite and responsive.

The room was so cozy and inviting; I loved the seating area for relaxing after a long day. The WiFi made it easy to catch up on work, and the personal safety deposit box provided peace of mind.

I wished there were more power outlets available for charging devices.

The proximity to major attractions was a huge plus, with several popular destinations within walking distance. The housekeeping staff were excellent, ensuring that the rooms were clean and tidy throughout our stay. the breakfast selection was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location! It's surrounded by sandy deserts, and it's only a stone's throw away from the metro station, which makes it easy to explore the city. The restaurant called Cuisine is where you will be able to sample the incredible food of the neighbourhood and try something new. the team's service is excellent, with attentive staff always on hand to help with anything you need. Lastly, if you're an early bird, the delicious breakfast spread is not to be missed!

Like all hotels, there is always room for improvement, and the Wi-Fi service can be a bit slow at times.

Despite the initial mix up with my room, the staff at Crowne Plaza went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and moved me to a better room. The rooftop pool and views were amazing, and the breakfast selection was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel provided a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment, making it ideal for families. The staff, including Esther in housekeeping and Hassan in concierge, were exceptionally helpful and kind. The room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a great amenity and the food provided enough diversity and was very tasty. I especially enjoyed the seafood grill on Monday evening. Crowne Plaza provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and found it to be an ideal choice for business travelers. The modern audio/visual equipped meeting rooms and business center were perfect for holding professional gatherings. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was excellent.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated co-working space within the hotel, which would have been convenient for quick business meetings and last-minute tasks.

The rooftop pool with stunning views of the city truly felt like a hidden oasis amidst the bustling city. Relaxing there with a refreshing drink felt like finding a treasure in a desert. The panoramic skyline views were simply breathtaking.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was easy to get around this city and it wasn't far from the main business area. The hotel facilities were great, with an awesome rooftop pool and a gym. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very cute and helpful.

Couldn't stay longer.

Spacious bathroom, great breakfast, helpful staff, convenient location, clean rooms.
